Pois é, eu já estou com meu limite de paciência esgotado, o que faz da FÉ o único suporte a minha trajetória de vida daqui pra frente🙏 Wow! Bora rezar!

🤳É melhor pular pra uma rápida retrospectiva e depois finalmente passar pro Feliz Ano Novo ✨️

Pulei a parte da vidinha de merda que eu, como a maioria das pessoas brasileiras, estava levando, tá?

Eu sofri o golpe do roubo do cartão de crédito: aquele em que o gerente do banco insiste em oferecer um novo cartão 💳 "que você não precisa", até te vencer pelo cansaço e total falta de educação dele - claro que o gerente sorrateiro só para de insistir ao você concordar - e finaliza avisando que a entrega do "novo cartão" será por correio em seu domicílio. Infelizmente isto nunca acontecerá... O tão oferecido cartão é interceptado, extraviado e usado em fraldes pela "quadrilha" do gerente, funcionários e possíveis terceirizados 👎 que tramam o golpe com precisão de ataque a clientes idosos, vítimas que em sua grande maioria são vencidas pelo próprio "sistema interno do banco" que, como um 🦇vampiro, vai acabando com a energia dos clientes inocentes. Enfim, juntei todas as provas que tinha de que o roubo do cartão partiu do próprio banco do brasil, e

depois de Registar a Ocorrência na delegacia de polícia, dei entrada em uma Ação Judicial contra o banco réu que foi condenado por seu "fortuito interno". A partir daí fui hackeada em todos os meus instrumentos de trabalho: pc, notebooks, etc, e até roubaram meu smartphone quando ele era a última fonte que me restou, de acesso ao andamento da Ação Judicial. Foi horrível... E apesar de tudo🤓 eu venci o banco réu em todas as fases processuais, com a sentença mantida em Segunda Instância⚖️

A saideira com os louros da vitória ficou com minha petição 🖋afirmando que o processo terminou com a plena quitação do débito do banco réu, obrigado a me pagar o que roubou até o fim, sob as penas da Lei e o poder do sistema do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro.

Events change our lives and, sometimes, we have to do everything to improve what shouldn't have happened.

Well, I've already reached the end of my patience, which makes FAITH the only support for my life path from now on🙏 Wow! Let's pray!

🤳It's better to skip to a quick retrospective and then finally move on to Happy New Year ✨️

I skipped the part about the shitty little life that I, like most Brazilians, was leading, okay?

I suffered the credit card theft scam: the one where the bank manager insists on offering you a new card 💳 "that you don't need", until he beats you out of exhaustion and total lack of education - of course, the sneaky manager only stops insisting when you agree - and ends by telling you that the "new card" will be delivered by mail to your home. Unfortunately, this will never happen... The much-offered card is intercepted, lost and used as a diaper by the "gang" of the manager, employees and possible outsourced workers 👎 who plot the scam with precision to attack elderly customers, victims who are mostly defeated by the "bank's internal system" that, like a 🦇vampire, drains the energy of innocent customers. Anyway, I gathered all the evidence I had that the card was stolen by Banco do Brasil itself, and after filing the report with the police departament, I filed a lawsuit against the defendant bank convicted for "Internal Malfunction" . From then on, all my work tools were hacked: PC, notebooks, etc, and they even stole my smartphone when it was the last source I had left to access the progress of the lawsuit. It was horrible... And despite everything🤓 I beat the defendant bank in all procedural phases, with the sentence upheld in the Second Instance⚖️

The final laurels of victory went to my petition 🖋 stating that the process ended with the full settlement of the debt of the defendant bank, obliged to pay me what it stole until the end, under the penalties of the Law and the power of the system of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.
